Nickel–Iron coating was formed from a sulfate base electroplating bath under current density of 3 A/dm 2 and turbulence 300 rpm on previously prepared cylindrical steel substrate. In order to obtain sample including nickel composite coating, different amounts alumina particle powder were added the plating solution in question. By adding quantities ferrous 2.5 rpm, an optimal containing 20 g/L obtained free any stress microcracks. A hardness test performed for among nickel–iron samples, 50 particles selected as sample. The Ni–Fe/Al 2O3 tested hardness, corrosion wear. results showed that highest level is equivalent 740 HV best resistance with most positive potential. lowest amount wear mass equal 0.1 mg, it resistance.
